How do I order?
Click on the product you are interested in and select the right size. Then click on the button "Add to basket". If you want to go to the check-out, click on "my basket". You can now view which goods you have ordered. This is also where you can increase quantities, if e.g. you want to order 2 of the same product. Then fill in your contact information and click on "confirm your order". Then select your payment card. Once the transaction has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation/invoice in your mailbox.
The product I want to order is sold out, will it come back in stock again?
If a product is sold out, it doesn't usually come back in stock again.
What is the delivery time?
We deliver your order within 4-6 working days.
Can I collect my clothes at your company address?
Unfortunately you can't collect our clothes, as we use an external packing warehouse.
Can I change anything on my order?
You are always welcome to call our customer services by phone.

Can I cancel my purchase?
You always have a 14 day right to return.
Can I change my goods to another size?
You can always exchange your goods within 14 days, as long as the clothes have not been worn and are in their original packaging. Read more under returns policy.
Do I have to pay to return goods that I want to exchange?
Yes you do. Afterwards you need to write to our customer service and tell us that you are returning goods, to aid you the best as we can.
